Welcome to the Avrepilo Terms and Conditions. This is a contract between you and Avrepilo community, running its operation from avrepilo.com. Please take a few moments to read these terms and conditions before becoming part of our community, because once you access, view or use our services, you are going to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions mentioned below.
1. Our Rules
Before you can use our services, first you must become a member of our community. In order to become a member, you must be legally permitted to use this website by the laws of your home country.

• Is abusive, insulting or threatening, discriminatory or which promotes or encourages racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry.
• Encourages any illegal activity including, without limitation, terrorism, inciting racial hatred or the submission of which in itself constitutes committing a criminal offence.
• Is defamatory or libelous.
• Involves the transmission of junk mail or spam or virus.
• Relates to commercial activities.
• Is harmful to minors
avrepilo operates a zero-tolerance policy for this kind of behavior or content. You are responsible and liable for your content and will indemnify, defend, release, and hold us harmless from any claims made in connection with your content.
3. Member Content
Member content belongs to the member who posted the content and is stored on our servers and displayed via the website at the direction of the member providing the member content.
You do not have any rights in relation to other members content, and you may only use other member’s personal information to the extent that your use of it matches our websites purpose of allowing people to meet one another. You may not use other member’s information for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, stalk or to make unlawful threats. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you misuse other user’s information.
Member content is subject to the terms and conditions of Section 512 (c) and 512 (d) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 1988. If you have a complaint about member content, please see the Digital Millennium Copyright Act section for more information.
4. Our Content
Any text, content, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork, and other intellectual property appearing on our website are owned, controlled or licensed by us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws rights. All right, title and interest in and to our content remains with us at all times.
We grant you non-exclusive, limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable, license to access and use our content, without the right to sublicense and shall use our content for lawful purposes only.
5. REFUNDS Policy
Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used membership, except if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds.
For subscribers residing in the EU or European Economic Area ;
In accordance with local law, you are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Please note that this 14-day period commences when the subscription starts.
For subscribers residing in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin:
You may cancel your subscription, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date you subscribed.
In the event that you die before the end of your subscription period, your estate shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you had made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your death.
In the event that you become disabled (such that you are unable to use our Services) before the end of your subscription period, you shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you had made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your disability by providing the company notice in the same manner as you request a refund as described below.

7. Limitation Of Liability
Neither us nor any owner will be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive, including, without limitation, loss of data, income, profit or goodwill, loss of damage to property and claims of third parties arising out of your access to or use of the site, our content or any member content, however caused, whether bases on breach of contract, Tort (including negligence), propriety rights infringement, product liability or otherwise.
If you become dissatisfied in any way with the site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop your use of the site. You hereby waive any and all the claims arising out of your use of the site.

In the event that Avrepilo determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any portion of these terms, or have otherwise demonstrated or conducted inappropriate for the site, then Avrepilo reserves the right to:
• Warn you via email that you have violated the terms
• Delete your user content
• Discontinue your account
• Discontinue your subscription
• Notify and send your user content to and fully cooperate with the proper law enforcement authorities for further action]
• Pursue any other action which the company deems to be appropriate.
Termination of these terms or your account includes the removal of access to your account, and all related information and content associated with or inside your account.
10. Dispute Resolution Mechanism
It should be noted that any form of dispute between Avrepilo and members or between members will be conducted on the basis of process of Mediation. Reasonable time will decided within which dispute should be resolved as soon as possible.

11. Services
With respect to services provided by Avrepilo, It should be noted that;
• While posting, applying or asking any query with respect to jobs in Avrepilo platform, no member should post any form of unreasonable post, application or query with respect to the job, that can affect the terms and environment of the Avrepilo community.
• While scheduling any event or posting any form of news in the Avrepilo community, members are strictly prohibited from posting news or organizing any event that can affect the sentiments of the Avrepilo community or violate any of the terms and conditions.
• While sharing home-made food, if any form issue arises between the members that affects the sentiments of the community or if any food affects the health of any individual then Avrepilo has the right to terminate the membership of such members without giving notice to them.
• While posting food recipes, it should be noted that members should not misguide others in any form that can affect the health of other members. If ,by any way, it has been found that the creator of the food recipe has done intentionally to harm other members, then Avrepilo has complete right to ban that member for life and also report such actions to the local police.
• While buying and selling any form of products within the community, it should be noted that any such product should neither affect the sentiments of the community nor should be in available in an unreasonable manner.
• While providing pet sitting services to each other, each member should take extreme care of the pets just like the owner of the pets. Any form of beating or harassment to the pet or any unreasonable action will immediately result in suspending the membership of such member for life without giving notice to them.
